On to painting #3 of this holiday series, a vintage bulb and light abstract, the colors coordinate with the previous posted paintings. Now, I will be working toward Valentine's day and Easter next in painting mode, I'm hoping anyway. I don't usually plan out my paintings so time will tell - have a great day! Thanks to all of you who added these three to your holiday decor this year - I hope you love them! Available in my Etsy shop: Canvaspics or use the tab at the top.
Normally, I don't get into the Christmas holiday spirit until after Thanksgiving - this year it appears that my messy, art making marks, drips and splatters as of lately made their way into a holiday series. This is the second piece - a vintage, old time looking Santa. Have a great weekend!
Alright, it's time to switch from a personal Facebook page to a business one. Most of you probably know how necessary social media is as a marketing tool ~ but it is almost painful for me. I don't mind posting my artwork but taking a profile pic or any personal pictures is just not something I am comfortable with - I am told it gets easier. I cringe though every time I get a "thumbs up", business growing pains.
On another note, here is a new holiday piece that I finished. I feel like because of the colors I chose it has a retro-vintage-y Christmas vibe. Have a great weekend. And thank you for all the lovely blog comments, I keep them private on here but I read each and every one of them!
